WHOS Hub – Penrith offers assessment, referral services and non-residential supported care for individuals from the Nepean Blue Mountains region.
WHOS Hub – Penrith offers comprehensive AOD assessment and referral services in addition to structured group work, case management, GP Liaison services, referral to and advocacy for access to detoxification and rehabilitation services.
WHOS Hub – Penrith offers three service streams:
1. Referrals to allied services
2. Case management – appointment based
3. Day Program – Group work over six-week cycle plus individual support sessions.
WHOS Hub – Penrith group program operates on a six-week rotating cycle, which includes group work and individual support sessions. The group work covers; stress management, living skills, harm reduction, acceptance commitment therapy, mental health wellness and health promotion.
WHOS Hub – Penrith services to people aged 18 and over, which are free and includes breakfast and lunch.
