A residential therapeutic community for people continuing prescribed methadone, buprenorphine or Buvidal, with clinical and psychosocial support. Assessment determines program fit and next steps.

About this program
A modified therapeutic community for people who want to stay on prescribed opioid treatment while rebuilding physical and mental health in a stable residential environment. Buvidal is a long-acting injectable formulation of buprenorphine.
Who it’s for
People receiving methadone, buprenorphine or Buvidal who want to stay on opioid treatment. Assessment staff provide confidential guidance on program fit before anything is decided.
What to expect
A structured weekly schedule of therapeutic work, counselling, peer support and wellness activities, with clinical and practical assistance.
Preparing for admission
Minimum age is 18. Tell assessment staff about your current opioid treatment, prescriber, health needs and other medication. Medication choice, dose and any change to treatment must be discussed with your prescriber or qualified opioid treatment provider.

What you’ll do
- Alcohol and other drug education and relapse prevention
- Health support and education
- Social, living and communication skills
- Wellness activities and emotional regulation
- Harm reduction, including infectious-disease education
- Skills-based education and recovery planning
Before you apply
- Minimum age is 18 years
- Discuss withdrawal or detox needs with staff
- Tell staff about medical, mental-health and medication needs
- Discuss court, legal, housing and family commitments during assessment
