What we provide
Evidence-based therapeutic programs and projects for people seeking abstinence or support to stay on or come off opioid treatment.
Residential therapeutic communities
Live-in, drug-free rehabilitation based on the therapeutic community (TC) model of care.
OTP Residential Programs
Residential support for people who want to stay on or come off prescribed opioid treatment.
Transitional supported housing
Residential transitional housing with associated support services as you re-enter the community.
Day programs
Structured group-based support while you keep living at home.
Harm reduction initiatives
Infectious disease education and harm reduction projects and initiatives.
Family and friends
Connection to family and friends improves relationships and recovery outcomes — so support for the people around you is built into every program.
- Scheduled family and friends’ visits at residential services, plus phone and audio-visual calls
- Support with children’s visits and liaison with child-safety services
- Referrals for family and friends to access information and support for themselves
- Parenting courses may be available
